Housing for Women launches new Customer Portal

Housing for Women customers can now access our services quicker and easier than ever before.

We have launched the Housing for Women Customer Portal on our website, giving our customers 24/7 access to a variety of housing services at the push of a button or tap of their phone.

The new portal makes it easier for customers to check their account balance, report repairs, keep their details up to date, make a complaint or give us a compliment.

Hony Premlal, Interim Director of Customer Service at Housing for Women, said: “In an increasingly digital world, we want to make it as convenient and easy as possible for our customers to access our services online, so we’re delighted to launch our Customer Portal. I look forward to welcoming our customers to enjoy the new platform, enabling them to manage their tenancy and communicate with us with ease.”

To create your online account, visit hfw.org.uk To register you will need your tenancy reference number (shown on your rent statement), postcode and national insurance number.

All tenants who register throughout June and July 2018, will be automatically enrolled into a £50 voucher prize draw.
