ReUnite works with mothers leaving prison who would otherwise be homeless. The project strives to address the difficult catch-22 of mothers being made homeless when imprisoned, then struggling to regain care and custody of their children upon release because they don't have adequate family housing.
ReUnite's vital programme of holistic support to women leaving prison and their children empowers them to secure appropriate accommodation and begin rebuilding their lives together.

The short film below documents one woman’s journey through our past ReUnite service delivered in partnership with Commonweal.
The video was originally commissioned by Commonweal, as part of their 10 year anniversary to highlight the partnership work they do.
