Tenant Satisfaction Survey

At Housing for Women, your views and opinions matter to us.

That’s why we ask an independent customer research company, Acuity, to conduct a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on our behalf twice a year.

Many of our residents took part in the survey, which was carried out via postal and online questionnaires. It focused on how happy you are with us, how we deliver key services and maintain your homes, and what further support you would like from us.
