Customer Portal - New registration process

We have introduced a new registration system for our Customer Portal which will make it easier for you to raise repair requests, check balances and access documents.

You should have received a letter from us with your new login details. You will need the email address you have with Housing for Women to access the new portal, and we will send you a temporary password in an email. If you aren’t sure what that email is then please contact us on housing@h4w.co.uk.

This new process will result in a demand in calls so you may experience difficulties getting through to us. Please bear with us while we work through this.
