We want to thank you for your patience and understanding while the lift at Gulliver Street has been out of service. We know this has caused inconvenience, and we’re sorry for the extended time it’s taken to resolve the issue.

Our contractors have visited several times to carry out repairs, but unfortunately, the problem has been more complex than expected. We understand how important the lift is for your daily life, and we’ve been working hard to get this fixed.

We’re pleased to share that engineers are scheduled to be onsite today and tomorrow. Their goal is to complete the necessary repairs so the lift can be back in use as soon as possible.

Once the work is finished, we’ll contact you straight away with an update. Thank you for bearing with us - we’re committed to restoring full access for everyone in the building.
