Gulliver Street

Work has been ongoing to identify and fix the issues with the lifts. We expect them to be back in operation within the next 24 to 48 hours. The scaffolding has been removed, and final safety tests are underway to ensure the lift is safe and fully operational. If this timeline changes, residents will be notified immediately.

Gosterwood Street

The lift doors have been causing repeated problems, leading to frequent outages. We have engaged an alternative specialist company to carry out the necessary repairs. These works are scheduled for the coming days, with 30 December as the target date for restoring service.

Hilary Daniels House

An issue with the hydraulic cable has been identified, and repairs are in progress. We have brought in an alternative lift company to complete the work, which is expected to conclude by 31 December 2025.

Residents directly affected will receive letters and emails with updates on the progress of the repairs. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore full service.
