If You're Not Satisfied with the Information Provided

If you believe we hold information that should be included in our STAIRs Publication Scheme but is not currently published, you can ask us to review this.

We will review your request and respond within 30 calendar days. In some circumstances, additional time may be needed, and we will let you know if this applies.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of our review, you may be able to escalate your complaint to the Housing Ombudsman.

Information Requests

From April 2027, you will have a legal right to request information about how we manage their homes and deliver our services.

This new right is intended to improve transparency, accountability, and access to information for social housing tenants.

We are currently developing our process for responding to STAIRs information requests. We will publish further information about how to make a request before the new requirements come into effect.
