For those residents who wish to log a specific complaint about our services, you can do this at We promise to respond to your query in two working days.

These changes are part of our new Customer Service Standard - a key step in our "Back to Basics" approach to improving customer satisfaction. As a result, our Customer Service Team has taken our calls and emails back in-house.

As part of our improvements, you can also make appointments to meet a member of our Housing Team at our offices in Blue Star House, Brixton. Give us a call, and we'll arrange a face-to-face meeting within five working days of your request. We are also happy to arrange virtual meetings with you if you prefer.
